About

Passion. Experience. Diligence.

Nature of the Firm

The firm continues to evolve since established in 1992. Originally, the firm was established following a traditional law office model with staff attorneys and support personnel. As our clients needs and technology changed, so has our business model.

The firm now offers a scalable solution to address your legal needs. We have developed a network of experienced attorneys that can be brought to bear on your personal and business legal issues on an as-needed basis and provide the solutions you desire within the time restraints that are dictated by circumstances.

We have been practicing tax and business law since the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 was adopted. We continuously monitor the pulse of current planning strategies, tax litigation results, and federal and state legislative trends to constantly improve our  approach to complex legal issues.
